We’ll ship your mattress, topper, or pillow direct to your door in a compact box, meaning no showroom or pushy salespeople. Our customers are raving about their purchases, and we’re certain you’ll feel the same way. If you don’t love your Level Sleep product during your 110-night trial, you're entitled to return it for a refund.
110-NIGHT BETTER SLEEP GUARANTEE
We understand that sleep is too important to be spent on products you don't love, which is why we offer our 110-night in-home trial. If at any point during your trial you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it; we ask only that you try your Level Sleep product for at least 10 nights before initiating the return process.
At your request, we will arrange to have your mattress or topper picked up by a non-profit charity or a collection service, with all costs paid by Level Sleep. For pillow returns you will be asked to ship the pillow to our offices, or we will contact you with other arrangements. If you return a pillow using a prepaid label sent to you by our customer service team, and the reason for the pillow return is not a result of a Level Sleep error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the pillow on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the pillow return is the result of a Level Sleep error, we'll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount.
Please note that we require the original receipt showing proof of purchase for refunds. This policy is limited to one return per household per year, and it must be exercised directly with Level Sleep no later than 110 nights after delivery of your product.
